The Alien Eating My Brain (2013)

The materials I used for this piece consisted of junk steel obtained from River City Steel here in San Antonio.
 
The initial sketch of how I envisioned the pieces would fit together:
 

 
This was the first time I used an arc welder, my welding still needs work but the piece doesn't fall apart.
 

 
 
I originally obtained the yellow piece to use part of it on another piece that is currently still in progress.
 

 
 
At first I was going to scrap the left over yellow pieces but then I noticed that they seemed to fit really well together.
 

 
 
I was also lucky that the two red tricycles and the chair back I found at River City Steel worked out great.
 

 
 
I am pretty happy with the way it came out but I kinda wish the wings were orange instead of black.
